Production Line:
We use the ERP system to record all data during production.Scan the QR code in each processing dept.
As a hand-made industry, we keep searching the solutions for automation production as much as possible,cutting, digital printing, press and welding have been implemented to automated production.

Quality Assurance System:
We are continuously completing our QC system.
Control the quality and air tightness between the different processing dept. during the whole production line;
We own a QC lab with different testing equipment.
Such as automatically inflate/deflate testing machine, Bonding test machine,UV aging test machine..etc.

2004 Leewards fitness factory moved to Shanghai.

2011 Leewards moved to Jiashan,Zhejiang Province,China.
